The horrors within

For what lurks inside

Is horrid indeed

I've been trapped inside here for years

I can no longer keep track

Of the perpetual darkness

Which lurks within.

Of the visions, neverending

I can no longer sift apart

The reality

From the fabrication.

For what is reality

But perception

And what are lies

But the underside of truth

Or truth mislabled?

What is truth

But opinion?
